DUBAI / ABIDJAN - International sports organization NOVA AFC7 (PTY) LTD has officially designated Linda Mohamed Benallal as the Humanitarian Director for the upcoming NOVA Africa 2026-2030 cycle. This landmark appointment signals a bold shift in how professional sports organizations approach corporate social responsibility, placing community welfare directly at the center of continental growth. In this pivotal role, Benallal takes total charge of the organization's comprehensive "Football & Humanity" pillar. Reporting straight to Founding President Jacques Martinien Bamnga, she will oversee the deployment of social development frameworks across all 54 African nations, using the dynamic sport of Football 7-a-side as a structural platform for grassroots transformation.Rather than treating philanthropy as a secondary focus, Benallal’s mandate is designed to structurally weave human advancement into the sports business blueprint across six regional African zones. Her office will orchestrate high-impact campaigns focused on enhancing youth educational access, driving critical public health awareness, and launching robust women's sports initiatives.By utilizing her extensive network and unique cross-continental background, Benallal will lead direct engagements with global non-governmental organizations, philanthropic foundations, and institutional donors. Under her leadership, the NOVA Africa 2026-2030 initiative aims to establish a highly credible, sustainable bridge between athletic excellence and profound human impact across the continent.
